We had a very tight crawlspace that they had to gain access to in order to repair a cracked foundation and then clean out debris before doing the remediation. Lastly, for all the difficult work they did, I think the pricing was very fair and affordable.

Mold was discovered in my attic space. American Healthy Homes was a provider listed with Mass Save. I called all the providers listed and American Healthy Home responded quickly to my inquiry. None of the others did in a timely way.

AHH came in and did an inspection first. They gave me an appointment right away for remediation of the mold. The team was great, explained everything before the work was done and again after. They showed me pictures of the mold in the attic and discussed again what they did and how it was able to grow there in the first place.

I was given a certificate of completion and a life time warranty. The team cleaned up and was finished and gone in a reasonable time. Happy with the service.

The Owner of American Healthy Homes (AHH) is extremely professional and thorough when diagnosing the source of the issue and the measures that need to be taken to remediate/eliminate the issue. After diagnosing that a bathtub pipe had been leaking into the closet from up above, which I as the landlord was not made aware of by my tenant, Mike gave me an affordable quote and his crew was out within five days to remediate the mold that had grown. It took his workers only an hour and a half to solve the entire issue. Since then, the problem has not resurfaced. i thought i had a mold issue in my basement which was verified by two mold remediation companies, the cost of the remediation anywhere from $1800 to $4800 . i wanted one more opinion and i am so happy that i called American Healthy Homes and Mike Sacenti came and did a thorough  investigation of my basement and determined that the markings on the subflooring and support beams were stains from nails and lumbar stack straps and that the basement was not moldy.
