Preventative Home Maintenance

American Healthy Homes does four visits per year to your home and completes between eight and ten tasks per visit. Many of these tasks are going to prevent future and larger problems. Recently, a major insurance company did a study that found that homeowners believed that 65% of major expenditures on their home could have been prevented with proper preventative  maintenance.

Our service is designed to help every type of homeowner from first time homeowner to time strapped families to seniors who just want someone else to do all of their home maintenance for them. Snowbirds also like the service as their homes are checked on a regular basis throughout the winter.
